Modular Sizing and Range of Styles

Perma Seal Windows offers an extensive range of standard styles and shapes of windows for all renovations, remodeling, replacement and new construction projects. We offer wood, metal-clad, aluminum and solid vinyl frames, in a choice of eye-pleasing designs such as, Fixed Pane, Sliding, Single and Double Hung, Casement and Awning that can be coordinated to harmonize with existing exterior finishes. Our selection of narrow slim-line frames blend with any type of architecture to create a clean, stylish appearance which makes them as good to look at, as well as look through!

Windows can be ordered with double or triple glazing and a choice of glass treatment options are available to suit your particular requirements.

Thermal Energy Efficiency

Our windows are designed and built to reduce heat loss in winter and heat gain in summer and seal out wind and water.

A full 1/2" of insulating air space, combined with Super Spacer® Structural Foam or Intercept spacer system, dramatically reduces heat transfer to the outside and prevents condensation build-up to provide superior thermal performance, as well as, noticeable reduction of outside noise. Low emissive coatings are an available option, these reflective coatings screen out much of the damaging Uv rays from the sun.  They also help shield heat and help protect carpets, upholstery and other valuables from fading.

The combination window provides for a multi function window; an openable glass panel (sliding or crank) joined with a fixed window for the convenience of ventilation together with a fixed window view. Great for those existing odd sized windows.

The most energy efficient operable window system available today is the Casement/Picture window combination. With a portion that swings open for ventilation or escape and a portion that is fixed we combine sealed window performance with full operational capability.

Rubber santoprene weatherstripping gaskets (double or triple) help to control annoying drafts and assists in the reduction of heating costs.

Casements & Awnings

Casement and awning windows are designed for high-energy efficiency and are virtually maintenance-free. A simple operating crank will open the window to a full 90 degrees for easier cleaning on the inside. The casements’ and awnings’ concealed hinges and hardware resist tampering from the outside, which makes these windows burglar-resistant.
